My love for Tv & Film started as a child, watching Star Trek with my dad. I remember seeing all these fantastical worlds and being completely in awe of them. I think it was this that kickstarted my passion for art too as I always wanted to create my own world and wonderful worlds, which is also how I fell in love with Dungeons & Dragons too. When I found out that there was an entire Art Department of people responsible for creating all the things I loved seeing on screen I just knew that was what I wanted to do and I’ve had my heart set on it ever since.
I’m also a very curious person, I love seeing how things are made and how all the pieces fit together. I think this is why I love draughting so much because to me it’s all about creating the physical blueprint to the fantasy worlds I loved as a child.
Fast forward some years and I’ve had amazing opportunities to work on both student films and bigger productions like the BBC’s Doctor Who, Silent Witness & Pobol y cwm. I learnt so much working on these productions already and I’m eager to continue learning more about this crazy world I love.
