Production design combines two of my favourite things - film and design. I watched countless videos of production designers dissecting their work and became enamoured with the worlds they build from scratch. With this in mind, I decided to move to the UK to give myself the best possible education and prepare for a career in the art department.
Courtesy of my education I have been draughting and creating scale models physically and digitally for seven years now, which has honed my ability to create accurate, detailed work. I have had numerous opportunities to work on short projects as well as having work experience on a High-End TV drama which has expanded my practical on-set knowledge, and helped me to understand the demands of the industry. My ability to speak multiple languages could help break down language barriers, particularly while shooting in Eastern Europe. I am thrilled that I will get to be a part of an art department and can’t wait to start.
