I was elated when I discovered the “TV and Film Set Design” course; the perfect mix of design and creativity combined with problem solving and practicality. This career path encompasses my interests of art, literature and history with my educational background in maths and physics.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the course ranging from learning new software, such as CAD and Photoshop through to developing my artistic and practical skills with model making and scale drawing.
My experiences on student films and within my work placements have broadened my knowledge and reaffirmed that this industry is definitely for me. I am excited to begin my career and am highly motivated to keep learning and develop my skills further.
