Studying TV and Film Set Design has given me a fantastic insight into the world of Production Design and I cannot wait to get stuck in working within an art department. I’ve enjoyed my time on the course as I have been able to develop my creative skills such as technical drawings (hand drawn and CAD) and working in Sketchup.
I’ve had opportunities to take work experience and paid jobs on shows such as Doctor Who, Silent Witness and Pobol Y Cwm, loving the range of tasks there were to do and being part of the team. I particularly enjoy draughting and stand-by, and I don’t mind getting my hands dirty!
