Growing up in Cornwall I was deeply engrossed in watching movies and was able to recite the Pirates of the Caribbean films word for word by the age of 10! This deep transfixion of the imaginary world has progressed into my adult life, designing and creating have been things I’ve loved to do all my life so when I found a university course that combined my love of film and art I thought I’d hit the jackpot. Being able to say I’m now confident in drafting, using 3D software and model making is a great relief!
I’ve recently opened up my own small business specialising in handmade earrings, this and the university workflow is what’s kept me going during Lockdown and now that the industry is opening back up again, I can’t wait to get experience in the real world!
